The purpose. In order to ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Barrier-free Council under the President of Ukraine, it is necessary to substantiate and develop recommendations for adapting the facilities of the civil defense fund to the needs of people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups. The object of the study is the processes accompanying the movement, stay, evacuation and provision of the needs of people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups in the facilities of the civil defense fund (civil defense protective structures, dual-purpose structures and the simplest shelters). The subject of the study is the conditions of safe and convenient stay, movement and evacuation of people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups in the facilities of the civil defense fund (civil defense protective structures, dual-purpose structures and the simplest shelters). During the reporting period, a technical task for the GDR was developed; regulatory documents were analyzed, ways of their improvement were searched, and the first (working) version of recommendations was created for adapting the facilities of the civil defense fund to the needs of people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups; the first edition of the recommendations was provided for consideration by the practical units and higher education institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for the purpose of their improvement and improvement. The submitted proposals and comments were processed, and the final version of recommendations was created for adapting the facilities of the civil defense fund to the needs of people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups; an annotated report was created and submitted to the Department of Organization of Civil Protection Measures of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for further implementation in the work of the units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and other interested institutions
