The object of the study are children with acute mental disorders, suicidal and self-injurious caused by war-related trauma. The aim of the study is to increase the efficacy of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute mental disorders caused by psychological trauma and to develop a set of measures to reduce the risk of self-harming and suicidal behavior in children and adolescents exposed to war. The research methods are clinical-anamnestic, socio-demographic, pathopsychological, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, statistical. Objectives of the study: 1. To investigate the clinical polymorphism of AMD (acute mental disorders) in their causal relationship with destructive, suicidal and self-harming behavior in children and adolescents affected by war. 2. To establish the causal relationship relationships of PTSD and CPTSD (complex PTSD), AMD (acute mental disorders) (recurrent and bipolar depression, psychotic disorders) in children and adolescents affected by the war, with premorbid mental disorders, the presence and characteristics of experienced traumatic events. 3. Develop algorithms and analyze the effectiveness of differentiated application of emergency psychiatric and psychological care to children with AMD, destructive, suicidal and self-harm behavior in conditions of limited access to specialized services in war-affected regions and abroad.
