The subject of the study is methods and methods of technological provision of optimal dimensional relationships of mechanical engineering products. The purpose of the work is to develop optimization models of innovative technologies for the creation and management of the life cycle of mechanical engineering products. Scientific novelty: conceptually based intellectual models of new innovative technological processes, which are implemented in the form of methods for solving the problems of increasing and optimizing the indicators of the life cycle of mechanical engineering products. A system of methodological approaches and models has been developed for solving theoretical and experimental tasks aimed at improving technological processes, introducing new technological methods, which should have complexity and order according to entropy indicators (organization in time and space). It is proposed: a method of transforming the vector space of features of engineering products, which allows you to perform the function of recognizing images of multidimensional objects represented by a vector space; the method of two-dimensional cage automata for modeling the processes of deformation of workpieces and creating visual simulation schemes for understanding the internal processes inherent in the counter-deformation of the workpiece. Situational models of high accuracy have been created with minimal expenditure of time and resources; an integral indicator for finding the global extremum of the efficiency indicator of multi-nomenclature production of machine-building products.
