Manifestations of mitochondrial and endothelial dysfunction, oxidative stress, activity of antioxidant enzymes, expression of metabolic regulator proteins are characterized as pathogenetic links of the comorbid course of inflammation and metabolic disorders when they are modeled in the experiment. The participation of microRNA-34a and -320 and leptin in the implementation of the effects of hypoxic influences on metabolic disorders in experimental insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes was determined. For the first time, the role of mitochondrial leptin receptors in the regulation of energy metabolism and mitochondrial dysfunction in the comorbid course of inflammation and metabolic disorders was established. Methods of hypoxic correction have been developed and modes of their use in inflammatory processes and manifestations of the metabolic syndrome, in particular, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, have been determined.
