The work is devoted to comprehensive research on the theoretical and experimental justification of the creation of drugs of a combined composition for the complex treatment of helminthiasis of the digestive system in adults and children. The composition, rational technology and methods of standardization of medicines "AP-helmin (based on albendazole and praziquantel), "Albenpast" (based on albendazole), "Fitohelmin" (based on dry extracts of medicinal plant raw materials). A line of LPs with anthelmintic activity for extemporaneous production has been developed and offered. The types of primary packaging were determined, the storage conditions and expiration dates of the developed medicinal products were established. Draft technological regulations and quality control methods for the created drugs have been developed. Preclinical studies have confirmed a wide range of specific activity and a low degree of their toxicity. Based on the results of the work, a number of scientific works have been published.
