The purpose of the study is to develop a comprehensive and tested system of psychological assistance to families of children with special needs during the war. Research methods: - theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, abstraction, classification, modeling, comparative and systematic analysis for the selection of theoretical provisions, substantiation of theoretical-methodological and methodical conditions of psychological assistance to families of children with special needs during the war, study of models of psychological-pedagogical services ). ); - empirical (study of existing methods of helping families with PWD; questionnaires, interviews, tests, observations, self-assessment). As a result of the study, the concept of bilingual education of deaf and visually impaired persons was scientifically substantiated; the technology of bilingual education of deaf people of different age groups has been developed; the technology of bilingual education of visually impaired persons of different age groups has been developed; the conditions for the effective implementation of the bilingual approach in the education of deaf and visually impaired persons at various levels of education are defined. Degree of implementation: the scientific results of the research are presented in the prepared products. The main achievements were made public in reports at scientific and practical conferences, seminars, psychological HABs dedicated to the consideration of the education of persons with special needs.
