Geoinformation modelling of the distribution of natural radionuclides in soils and plant parts was carried out based on the actual and modelled results of the study of the volumetric activity of 234U, 238U, 210Po, 210Pb, 226Ra isotopes. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, the correlations between soil/plants and soil/root crops were established. The identified dependencies and maps will be useful for assessing the safety of the population within the source of radioactive contamination and consumption of agricultural products by the local population. Recommendations for environmental protection from the impact of enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of ores with a high content of natural radionuclides are proposed.
