In the microbial coenosis of MV well № 4 contains microorganisms of various ecological and physiological groups: saprophytes, ammonifying, thione, etc. Some of the detected microorganisms can be producers of biologically active substances, in particular enzymes and vitamins, and are not pathogenic for humans. Regarding the effect on the test culture of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli O55 K59), the water was assessed as moderately bactericidal (bactericidal coefficient B — 30.0%). Experimental studies on intact animals under the conditions of course internal use confirmed the biological activity and safety of mineral waters, which substantiated the conduct of further medical and biological studies.
