Cytokines have a wide range of effects on the body. It is important to deepen the knowledge about the role of the cytokine cascade in the implementation of adaptive changes in the body, which will help in determining the features of the functioning of the neuron-immune-humoral regulation system and to clarify their role and significance, as there is a possibility of their negative impact. New data were obtained to understand the physiological mechanisms of adaptation of the mammalian organism, to reveal the nature of the tension of functional systems, the features of which determine the formation of intrasystemic and intersystemic connections. It was shown that the studied substances change the leukocyte formula and the biochemical composition of effector cells of peripheral blood. According to the results of the study, it was established that individual cytokines in different concentrations have different effects on the behavioral manifestations of experimental animals, which is a confirmation of their dose dependence. The obtained data require further development and clarification.
