The purpose of the work: the development of an automated software algorithm for choosing the optimal method of thread production by creating functions that return the value of the main time, as well as the development of a template-example of a free FEA system for modeling the stress-strain state of threaded connections based on Python, Gmsh and Calculix. Research methods: Modeling means of converting Python functions into SymPy equations and LaTeX formulas, as well as developing means of symbolically solving equations whose left-hand side is a Python function. Development of a Python module for the logical derivation of facts from the Foam notes database, for the convenience of knowledge editing using wiki markup, and the logical derivation and visualization of the knowledge base in the form of graphs. The main results and their novelty: Scientific principles are proposed and components of PLM systems of threaded parts of oil and gas equipment are developed.
