The developed methods of structural regularization of matrices improve the stability and accuracy of solutions. The use of a convolutional neural network for automatic identification of sparse matrix structures allows efficient processing of large amounts of data. Block algorithms that use multi-bit arithmetic and mixed bit provide high accuracy and computing performance. The developed methods and algorithms have significant potential for practical application in various industries, including the defense industry, mechanical engineering, construction, and environmental management.
