The object of research is conceptual provisions of modern enterprise management. The subject of the research is theoretical aspects, methods, approaches, tools, technologies, theoretical and methodological recommendations for the development of modern enterprises based on innovative and cross-cultural features. Research methods: logical generalization; theoretical generalization; method of comparative analysis; formalization method; systematic approach; statistical analysis, analysis and synthesis; graphical method. An analysis of the innovative activity level at modern enterprises was carried out; the peculiarities of the development of enterprise innovative activity the in wartime conditions were determined; a system for evaluating the ability of enterprises to innovate based on the characteristics of the external environment has been developed; the list of reasons that restrain the innovative activity of enterprises in wartime conditions was developed; an analysis of modern theories of leadership in the context of the global environment was carried out; a set of factors influencing culture on modern models of effective leadership in wartime conditions was determined. The main results of the research are implemented in the educational process of S. Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and introduced into the activity of LLC «Agristar».
