The aim of the study is the theoretical, experimental, and technological substantiation of methods for determining a person’s psychophysiological state before a medical diagnosis of their health, based on daily monitoring and recording of health indicators. Research methods include informational and analytical research, statistical analysis of measurement results of human health indicators, studying the patterns and features of the impact of individual indicators on health, determining integrated indicators of human health, as well as physical and mathematical modeling of the dependence of health on the monitoring data obtained. The results presented are from a comprehensive study of the interrelated sequential steps of determining and controlling the psychophysiological state of a person, along with the development of recommendations for improving pre-medical health diagnoses.
