The impact of factors such as increased anthropogenic load and pesticides negatively affects the condition of oral tissues. Metabolic syndrome and diabetes mellitus disrupt metabolism and bone metabolism, which worsens the condition of teeth and gums. Gastroesophageal reflux disease and bronchial asthma contribute to inflammatory and dystrophic processes in the periodontium, requiring a comprehensive treatment approach. A comparative evaluation of studies of collagen-forming gene polymorphisms revealed their role in the development of caries and periodontitis. The study of the results of comparing these genetic markers allowed us to develop personalized treatment packages for patients affected by these factors. Comparison of the results showed that the use of comprehensive preventive measures significantly improves the condition of periodontal tissues, reduces inflammation and normalizes microcirculation in the gums. A particularly noticeable effect was observed in patients with genetic disorders of collagen formation, which helped to minimize complications and improve treatment outcomes. A comparative assessment of the studies confirmed the need for an individualized approach to the treatment of dental diseases in patients with genetically determined collagen formation disorders against the background of environmental, nutritional factors and somatic pathology.
