The object of the study is environmental models for calculating the concentration of tritium from accidental releases into the environment. The purpose of the research is to analyze the uncertainty of model parameters for calculating the concentration of tritium in gas emissions for known accident scenarios and to improve them. It is shown that the use of a systematic approach in modeling the event of an accidental tritium release into the environment should be implemented by studying the spaces of related multi-scale system models. It is proved that the uncertainties in predicting the spread of tritium can be represented in the form of models of multiphase heterogeneous media. The relevance and importance of the work lies in the fact that its results can be used in activities related to improving models for calculating the concentration of tritium in accidental emissions, as well as developing new approaches for assessing the radiation impact on humans. Research method - theoretical calculations and experimental studies. Based on the results of the first stage of the research work, 1 article was published, and 2 reports were made at conferences. The results of the research work can be used by scientists and engineers involved in the development of environmental models for the radiological assessment of accidental tritium emissions into the environment. Forecast assumptions about the development of the object of study - the results of theoretical and experimental studies can become the basis for the software implementation of environmental models that will allow to obtain points of predicted pollution and determine the probable content of tritium that entered the environment. Application field - nuclear physics and energy. Product Description popup.authors Veremiichenko Heorhii M. Volokh Olena A. Kovalenko Oleksandr V. Fomenko Yurii V. popup.nrat_date 2024-10-09 Close
