The performers conducted a study of the operation modes of transistor switches with the 4th electrode and transistor switches with full thyristor control, substantiated the principles of construction of magneto-semiconductor pulse devices, based on which a unipolar current voltage regulator was developed for power conversion equipment and electronics, which designed for processing millisecond pulses, for example, half-waves of mains voltage 220 V, 50 Hz, as well as for diverting (discharging) unused electricity in the load to the power source, which is absolutely necessary for voltage converters with reactive loads. A device for wireless (WiFi) smart control of the output parameters of the new hybrid inverter and an algorithm for wireless smart control of energy storage and transmission by new hybrid converters (current, voltage, active and reactive power, and generated energy to the local or general network) have been developed. with compatible Android software for control and management from mobile phones and tablets. The results of tests in laboratory conditions and at a real photoelectric station of a device for wireless (WiFi) smart control of the output parameters of the new hybrid inverter (current, voltage, active and reactive power and generated energy to the local or general network) were obtained, which -allowed to adjust the software. The processes in the step-up constant voltage converter, as an element of the energy module powered by renewable energy sources of constant voltage from 30 to 350 V, were studied.
