This understanding reflects the dual nature of these relations for Ukraine, shaped both by general civilizational trends characteristic of the information society and by specific features resulting from hybrid aggression on the country's territory, which necessitates considering the security aspect with appropriate methodological and substantive content. It is emphasized that Ukraine's national security significantly depends on ensuring cybersecurity. As technical progress and cyber technologies evolve, this dependence will continue to grow. Additionally, the legislative regulation of relations in cyberspace requires constant updating, which is an objectively necessary process that must accompany the rapid technological development of the information society. Given the categorical uncertainty, the need for terminological regulation and standardization of the conceptual apparatus in the administrative-legal framework for ensuring cybersecurity is highlighted.
