Klyachanovo, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the use of natural medicinal resources and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 02.06.2003 No. 243. The underground waters of well No. 3-K, which are pumped from the layer of volcanogenic-sedimentary deposits of the Lower Sarmatian Miocene, are characterized as silicic-ferrous highly mineralized chloride calcium-sodium, weakly acidic, weakly thermal-thermal. Viable microorganisms of various ecological and physiological groups are present in the microbial coenosis of MV, which are characteristic of natural mineral waters: saprophytes, ammonifying, denitrifying, etc. The detected microorganisms can be producers of biologically active substances, in particular enzymes and vitamins, and are not pathogenic for humans. The waters of well No. 3-K have a significant bactericidal effect against Escherichia coli. The biological activity and safety of mineral waters have been confirmed by experimental studies on intact laboratory animals under the conditions of course external use. Mineral waters svr.
