The underground waters of well № 1-M, which were discovered in the layer of sediments of the Pliocene Hutinsk world and the Lukovsk world of the Lower Sarmatian Miocene, are characterized as silicic iron highly mineralized calcium-sodium chloride, weakly acidic, weakly thermal-thermal. Viable microorganisms of various ecological and physiological groups, which are characteristic of natural mineral waters, are present in the microbial coenosis of MV: saprophytes, ammonifying, thione, etc. The detected microorganisms can be producers of biologically active substances (proteases, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, antibiotic substances) and are not pathogenic for humans. The waters of well № 1-M have a moderate bactericidal effect against Escherichia coli. The biological activity and safety of mineral waters have been confirmed by experimental studies on intact laboratory animals under the conditions of course external use.
