The subject of the study was the administrative and legal principles of interaction between the National Police of Ukraine and the State Migration Service of Ukraine in combating illegal migration. The scientific research on the specified topic of the GDR was carried out in view of the fact that, despite the intensity of research devoted to various aspects of migration processes in Ukraine, the issue of combating illegal migration, identifying possible threats to the national security of Ukraine, related to this negative social phenomenon, in particular in conditions of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation, remain quite relevant. In addition, in the current conditions of Ukraine, the administrative and legal principles of interaction between the subjects of combating illegal migration in the country, in particular the National Police of Ukraine and the State Migration Service of Ukraine, need urgent improvement in order to ensure proper control over illegal migration in order to minimize this negative phenomenon in the structure of migration processes. According to the results of the study and analysis of domestic scientific and special literature, normative legal acts on the organization and implementation of measures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system bodies to combat illegal migration in Ukraine, in particular, establishing and maintaining proper interaction between them, determining the proper place and increasing the role of the National of the police of Ukraine in this area, a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the specified activity were formulated.  Product Description popup.authors Khalota Andrii I.
