The objectives of the study are: to identify the essence and the nature of legal values formed by the International Community and axiological origins of European Law; to compare the values of the national legal system and European Union Law; to analyze the impact of values on the legal framework for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, legal support for the development of international partnerships, the participation of the Ukrainian State in global initiatives; the development of recommendations for improving domestic legislation and practice of its application in the axiological context popup.description2 The object of the study is relations in the field of implementation of international standards in the Ukrainian legal system and approximation of Ukrainian legislation to European standards. The subject of the study is the mechanisms of influence of international and European law on the national legal system through the prism of legal axiology. The purpose of the research is to study the processes and establish the mechanisms of influence of the basic values underlying international and European law on the development of the national legal system. The objectives of the research include studying the essence and content of legal values formed by the international community and the axiological origins of European law; comparing the value foundations of the national legal system and the law of the European Union; analyzing the impact of value orientations on the formation of the legal framework for Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration, legal support for the development of international partnerships, and the participation of the State of Ukraine in global initiatives; developing recommendations for improving domestic legislation and practices.
