Kulishevo of the Dnipro district of the Dnipropetrovsk region on the basis of a modern complex of research- hydrogeological (for the purpose of assessing the hydrogeological parameters of the well and optimal volumes of water withdrawal, as well as mining and sanitary conditions of the water intake area), physico-chemical and microbiological (for the purpose of determining the qualitative composition of waters and their compliance with current regulations), experimental for determining the biological action of waters and their safety when used internally. popup.description2  A modern set of studies (predictive assessment of the quality and safety of use) has been carried out regarding underground waters № 1661 p. Kulishevo, Dnipro district, Dnipropetrovsk region. The groundwater of well № 1661, which was discovered in the sediments of the Paleogene Buchach layer, is characterized as low-mineralized sodium chloride, weakly alkaline, and cold. Viable microorganisms of various ecological and physiological groups, which are characteristic of natural mineral waters, are present in the microbial coenosis of MV: saprophytes, ammonifying, thione, etc. The detected microorganisms can be producers of biologically active substances (proteases, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, antibiotic substances) and are not pathogenic for humans. The waters of well № 1661 have a significant bactericidal effect against Escherichia coli (bactericidal coefficient B — 47.5%). Experimental studies on intact laboratory animals have confirmed the biological activity and safety of mineral waters during course internal use, which made it possible to recommend them for further medical and biological research.
