Nelypyno, Transcarpathian region. Groundwater well № 20 is associated with the deposits of the Upper Cretaceous–Paleogene Chernogol World and is characterized as low-medium-mineralized low-to-moderately mineralized sodium hydrogen carbonate, weakly acidic, cold. In the microbial coenosis of MV well № 20 contains microorganisms of various ecological and physiological groups: saprophytes, ammonifying, thione, etc. Regarding the effect on the test culture of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli O55 K59), MV was assessed as significantly bactericidal (bactericidal coefficient B — 40.0%). Experimental studies on intact animals under the conditions of course internal use confirmed the biological activity and safety of mineral waters, which substantiated the conduct of further medical and biological studies.
