Research Objective: To substantiate, develop, and deepen theoretical and methodological positions regarding trends, challenges, and transformations in construction industry organizations. Research Methods: The work is based on a system of general scientific and special methods that allow for a systematic solution of problematic tasks in the chosen research direction. The most significant theoretical and applied developments are based on the provisions of modern economic theory and trends in the further development of organizations in the construction industry. The study uses modern general scientific and special research methods, including dialectical, systemic-structural analysis and synthesis, and generalization. The information base of the study is legislative and regulatory acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that regulate digitalization, a database of leading research institutions, as well as the results of the authors' own observations and calculations.
