Research methods: in the course of the work, it is planned to use the following methods and approaches: system approach; analysis and synthesis, logical generalization; economic and statistical (absolute, relative and average values, index analysis, etc.); mathematical statistics, in particular, dispersion, cluster and factor analysis; strategic analysis (BKG matrix and SWOT analysis matrix); organizational design (optimal network and organizational structure of territorial communities); graphic and cartographic (for visual display of research results).
