The purpose of the work is the scientific and methodological justification of changes in the existing system of career management of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the period of the legal regime of martial law. Research methods – system analysis, methods of multivariate comparative analysis, synthesis. The main results of the study: the project of the Act of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the improvement of the career management system of military personnel for the period of the legal regime of martial law. The proposed materials will be used in the activities of personnel services that deal with issues in the field of personnel management in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the educational process of the National Defense University of Ukraine and higher military educational institutions, and in further scientific research in this scientific direction.
