The aim of the research work is to develop and substantiate algorithms and methods of using unmanned aerial vehicles during emergency rescue and other emergency operations. The current issue is the implementation of UAVs in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine as a promising means of solving a wide range of tasks during the performance of assigned tasks in the field of civil protection. The effectiveness of the UAVs use directly depends on the algorithms and methods of their application, however, to date there are no scientific and applied studies on the methodological and tactical principles of the use of UAVs during emergency rescue and other emergency operations, which may lead to their ineffective or incorrect use.
