The research focuses on the following key aspects: theoretical foundations for the creation of information technologies – the study of scientific approaches to the development and implementation of information systems, automated data processing, and management systems; development tools – the study and implementation of modern tools for creating universal and specialized computer systems, networks, and systems aimed at the computerization of the educational process; information security and secure systems modeling – the creation of information technologies that ensure data protection and guarantee the reliability of data processing in automated systems and networks. The research outcomes are presented in projects such as the automated system "Student Individual Plan," the CSBC Bot chatbot for students of Cherkasy State Business College, and an online resource for animal transportation by a charitable organization. All these projects utilize modern information technologies that enhance the efficiency of the educational process and social initiatives.
