Object of research - AI-25TLT turbofan installed on the A/C. Purpose of work – adaptation of AI-25TLT engine in the aircraft (A/C) developed by BAYKAR MAKINA SANAYI VE NICARET A.S., Turkey (Customer), preparation for first flights of the A/С (Contract No.1323/5828-792-21027 of 11.11.2021 concluded between the Customer and Ivchencko-Progress SE). Stages of work performance: The work was performed in two stages: – preparation of technical documentation; – ensuring installation of the engine, electronic units and electric wiring at the Customer for combined operation of engine control and monitoring systems jointly with similar A/C systems, adjustment of engine electric starting as well as control and monitoring systems with similar A/C systems.. At the first stage, the Contractor developed and transferred nine technical documents to the Customer, which allowed installation and adaptation of the engine on the A/C. At the second stage, adjustment of engine systems with A/C systems was carried out. The AI-25TLT engine, Sl. No. 25TLT002, was started on the A/C, engine control and monitoring systems was adjusted and its interaction with A/C systems checked. Conclusions – the results of research and development are satisfactory, comply with Contract requirements and allow to prepare the A/C with AI-25TLT engine for the first flight.
