In the structure of COVID-19 among this category of children, the severe course of the disease occurred significantly more often (in 22.3%). It was established that restrictions on social distancing (living in a dormitory, presence of ≥ 5 family members, visiting clubs), incomplete vaccination status of the child, age of the mother < 20 years and > 35 years, and a history of pneumonia before the age of 3 years were medically probable - social risk factors for the development of COVID-19. It was determined that the SS genotype of the rs12979860 polymorphism of the IFNL gene is associated with cases of RRZ among children and is a prognostic marker of the risk of developing pneumonia caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Among children with RRZ, the odds of contracting COVID-19 were two times higher with insufficient vitamin D levels and four times higher with vitamin D deficiency. It was established that in 67.5% of children with RRZ, after suffering from COVID-19, post-COVID changes in the respiratory system were registered, which depended on the severity of COVID-19 and were characterized by: restrictive disorders of lung function (47.5%), the formation of bronchial hyperreactivity (10.0%), the preservation of inflammatory changes in the respiratory tract and the tendency to decrease expressing killer (CD56+) and macrophage (CD68+) cells. The algorithm for the differentiated appointment of therapeutic and preventive measures with the use of cholecalciferol, interferon prophylaxis and ectoine-based cytoprotector has been scientifically substantiated and developed.
