Registration Date 26-11-2024 Organization State institution «Ukrainian center of maternity and childhood of the National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine» popup.description1 To improve the state of reproductive health of women during the martial law in Ukraine, to reduce the risks of developing its violations by researching the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of changes in various organs and systems of the body under the influence of stressogenic factors, to develop methods of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and prediction of complications popup.description2 To improve the treatment of the psycho-emotional state of women exposed to stress factors, it is necessary to apply a comprehensive approach that includes psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, stress management through lifestyle changes, psychosocial support, and the use of adaptogens and natural methods. The conducted study revealed a relationship between the level of cortisol in saliva and psycho-emotional stress in women after treatment, which is a consequence of military aggression. The use of the developed complex of therapy made it possible to achieve a significant positive impact on the dynamics of indicators of the microbiome of the genital tract in women who were affected by military aggression. The normalization of the biocenosis of the genital tract was registered in women who were affected by hostilities and displaced women after the complex treatment, which was manifested in a decrease in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of insemination of the genital tract with opportunistic pathogenic microflora and a restoration to the normal level of the detection frequency and concentration of lactoflora. Optimizing the treatment of immune status in women who have survived hostilities or resettlement requires a comprehensive approach. It should encompass both drug-based methods, such as immunotherapy, antioxidants, and probiotics, as well as non-drug methods, including psychotherapy, physical activity, and nutrition. Treatment of oxidative stress led to a significant improvement in the condition of patients in both groups. After treatment, positive dynamics are noted in cytological smears from the cervical canal of the examined women. Product Description popup.authors Avramenko Liudmyla M. Anoshko Yaroslava I.
