The goal is to determine the factors that worsen the reliability and structural safety of historical monuments in conditions of military operations, as well as changes in engineering and geological conditions under the influence of anthropogenic and anomalous natural factors based on a comprehensive analysis of engineering and geological studies of the territory of the Reserve and conducting magnetometric, electrometric, laser and seismoacoustic studies. Research methods – vibrometric methods, spectral calculation methods, point estimation method, finite element analysis method of stress-strain state of soil layers, GIS technologies. Data on observation of crack dynamics in historical structures, including from military events, were analyzed and summarized. For the first time, based on data from velocity and acceleration measurements, the reaction of the K-3 building to three military events (missile attacks) at different distances from it was established using mathematical apparatus. The natural frequencies of the building, which are dangerous during explosions, were established as factors of resonance phenomena from explosive events. The characteristics of the risk probability levels of hazardous events in different types of geological environments have been developed. Operation and management modes have been specified based on calculations of safe distances of water supply engineering networks from structures. For the first time, the priority of implementing measures for protecting and restoring historical monuments has been substantiated based on the hierarchy method.
