The author's model of professional training of masters of the speciality ‘preschool education’ for conducting an independent scientific research is theoretically substantiated. Predictors of professional burnout of educators in Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian war are investigated. Changes in the quality of preschool education in Ukraine over the past thirty years, achievements and problems of ensuring the accessibility of preschool education for children, its flexibility and adaptability, and criteria for improving its quality are revealed. The internal and external factors of students' motivation to study, the development of non-formal online education are investigated.
