The mechanisms will ensure the transformation of Ukraine's population from energy consumers to prosumers who fully meet their energy needs through their green energy generation and energy efficiency measures implementation and can provide energy to other consumers popup.description2 The project is aimed at solving an urgent scientific and applied problem of transforming private households from energy consumers to prosumers through economic incentive mechanisms. The project topic corresponds to the priority areas of science and technology development in Ukraine and is related to the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection, ensuring environmental and energy security. The goal of the project is to improve existing and introduce new economic mechanisms for improving energy efficiency and sustainable development of renewable energy in the household sector, ensuring the transformation of the Ukrainian population from energy consumers to consumers who fully meet their energy needs through their own energy production and energy efficiency measures, and are able to provide energy to other business entities.
