For the first time in Ukraine, a methodology for the formation of a technological structure for ensuring the energy independence of communities has been developed, which is universal for solving similar problems and can be scaled up to any organizational and administrative level, as it is consistent with the methodologies used at the national (Power System Operators) and supranational levels (ENTSO-E and ENTSO-G). For the first time in Ukraine, a system of mathematical models for the formation of a technological structure for ensuring the energy independence of communities has been developed in accordance with the created methodology: - For the first time in Ukraine, a mathematical programming model was developed to form a forecast annual monthly balance of heat and electricity of an energy-independent community with minimizing the negative impact on the environment; - For the first time in Ukraine, a model for planning electricity production and its harmonization with consumption schedules using intelligent control systems for the combined power supply system was developed; - For the first time in Ukraine, a model was developed to determine the technical and economic efficiency of the introduction and use of technologies for converting primary energy sources, in particular, biofuels into derivative fuels and energy in accordance with the seasons; - For the first time in Ukraine, a model of long short-term memory was developed and integrated into the architecture of dispatch control and data collection for energy demand forecasting; Product Description popup.authors Horskyi Vitalii V.
