The problem of constructing a baseline for a multicomponent signal of inversion chronopotentiometry intensity, which affects the accuracy of determining the concentrations of chemical elements, has been studied. This approach is implemented in the author's computer programs by the following modeling methods: polynomial modeling of a logarithmic differential signal with exponential recovery; based on the multi-stage combinatorial-selection algorithm MULTI-R; based on the iterative-genetic algorithm MGDH of the neural network type. The prob lem of constructing a mathematical model for determining the additive mass is investigated and a method for comparing the analytical signal with reference signals is developed. Constructing a model of the additive mass consists in combining statistical data on the concentration time, measured inversion time and the obtained concentrations of the chemical element. For the first time, exponential models have been obtained that allow one to estimate the order of magnitude of the concentration of a chemical element based on one measurement of the inversion time in the analytical signal. This allows one to preliminarily estimate the concentration and reduce the volume of reference signals for comparison. In accordance with the work plan, experimental laboratory studies and selection of electrochemical parameters for measuring the concentrations of lead, copper, cadmium, zinc and phosphorus in water on electrodes made of noble metals were carried out.
