Research methods are infrared thermography, mathematical modeling of thermal processes, processing and analysis of results. The purpose of stage No. 2 - Modeling of thermal processes and development of a procedure for thermal imaging assessment of thermal damage As a result of stage No. 2, the following scientific and technical results were obtained: A mathematical model of spreading the ice zone on the surface and into the depth of the model and biological object under cryogenic exposure by an applicator was created. The time and amplitude parameters of the ice zone, the dynamics of the ice edge movement, necrotic isotherms, etc. were determined. The dynamics of ice zone growth at different cryoimpact parameters were experimentally investigated, including the dynamics of thermal fields on the surface of the object, the dynamics of temperature at different points in the volume of the object, the dynamics of necrotic isotherms, etc., including in the presence of a large vessel. The thermal field analyzer based on a microbolometric matrix was modernized, namely, a USB interface controller was developed and integrated, important functions were added to the software, etc., which allowed the optimal use of the device in complex clinical conditions, including for analyzing the dynamics of temperature fields on the skin surface which occur at high speed. The dynamics of temperature fields on the skin of patients with burn injuries were studied; quantitative and statistical data analysis was performed. A prognostic method for assessing the depth of a burn wound by its temperature was developed. The cutoff threshold temperature was obtained, below which a burn requires surgical intervention.
