The obtained results ensure the establishment of new regularities regarding phase formation, mass transfer, and changes in the structural-phase composition of the base material and welded joint, which are caused by impulse effects during welding. The scientific and technical result of Stage 1 of the Project is recommendations for selection of technological parameters of modes, conditions for conducting welding processes of alloys of Ti-Ni system with each other, requirements for technological equipment and devices for the implementation of welding and heat treatment processes. The scientific results obtained at the implementation of Stage 1 of the Project are new, relevant and important for modern materials science. The scientific and technical results of Stage 1 of the Project regarding the technical conditions for welding alloys of the Ti-Ni system provide the possibility of manufacturing medical products from alloys of the Ti-Ni system, which are recognized as biocompatible. As part of the intermediate stage of the Project "Development of technological equipment and variants of technological modes of methods of welding the main components of the medical clip from Ti-Ni system alloys" in 2024, the following scientific and technical products were obtained: - technological equipment for making welded joints of thin wire elements of a medical clip made of Ti-Ni alloys; - recommended technological parameters of welding and heat treatment modes for obtaining joints from Ti-Ni alloys with acceptable quality characteristics, investigated welding methods; - research samples; - recommendations for making welded joints of thin wire elements made of Ti-Ni alloys for clips; - scientific publication materials.
