Subject of the study: mechanisms, strategies and tools for increasing the competitiveness of hospitality enterprises in the context of military conflict and the post-crisis period. Purpose of the study: development of theoretical and methodological recommendations and practical approaches to increasing the competitiveness of hospitality enterprises, taking into account the challenges arising in war conditions. Research methods - general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, induction and deduction, analogy, modeling; scientific analysis of practical issues was carried out using specific scientific methods, such as: measurement, comparison, experiment, formalization, axiomatic, hypothetical-deductive, descent from the abstract to the concrete and special-scientific research methods, such as: mathematical, economic-mathematical, statistical, special-accounting. In the process of research, along with the use of traditional methods, an epistemological method was used to clarify and deepen the content of concepts and categories in the field of hospitality. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions was confirmed by the example of individual enterprises, where stabilization of income, growth in profitability and an increase in the level of customer loyalty were recorded due to a socially responsible policy. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using theoretical and practical developments in the global information society.
