 As a result of a study conducted in 2024 in the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, the species composition and dominant species of phytophagous insects of the generative organs of hemp plants were established, some features of their development and harmfulness in seed sowing of the crop were studied, and the technical and economic effectiveness of biological and chemical insecticides against the cotton bollworm - Helicoverpa armigera Hbn. on hemp crops was assessed.
