The purpose of the work is to establish the peculiarities of the structure, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the bone tissue of the femur after the implantation of metal prostheses of different composition. The subject of the research is the use of metal implants of different composition in order to determine their effect on osseointegration and the structure of bone tissue. Research methods: animal experiments, histology, scanning electron microscopy, biomechanical studies. As a result of the completion of the stage, the dependencies of the osseointegration processes of the implants depending on the type of surface and the type of alloy were established.
