For Ukraine, the question of energy security has become particularly acute since the beginning of Russia's hybrid aggression, and its resolution is a crucial step towards further integration into the European Union (EU). This project aims to implement resource-saving methods through the use of modern energy-efficient technologies in households and buildings, specifically to reduce heat transmission and infiltration losses. Within the framework of the project, methods for improving the accuracy of measuring heat flux density have been proposed, and recommendations for the design for constructing heat flux sensors have been developed. A methodology for studying infiltration heat losses with determination of the air permeability of buildings using the pressure test method according to DSTU EN ISO9972:2022 has been improved. The scientific and practical aspects of assessing the technical condition of sensors for measuring modules of multi-channel networks for monitoring microclimate and air quality have been proposed. Which allowed to determine the degree of variability of control results, increasing the reliability of control through the early detection of technically faulty sensors. A methodology for monitoring microclimate parameters has been proposed, based on the modern theory of information field models and statistical data processing methods. A comprehensive information and measurement technology has been created for determining transmission and infiltration heat losses through building enclosures, which takes into account national standards, testing regulations, and relevant ISO standards. Recommendations have been developed for the structure of a domestic database for accumulating and processing the results of monitoring heat losses, air permeability and microclimate parameters, taking into account the features of the international standard ISO 9972:2015.
