To clarify the possibility and feasibility of using the biological preparation "ULTRACHIST-DFN" for effective bioactivation of cow manure . Research methods: microbiological, biotechnological, determination of phytotoxicity. Compared to untreated manure, treated (bioactivated) samples had a stimulating effect on the roots of wheat and corn shoots. The roots were thicker and covered with root villi compared to the samples not treated with the preparation. Therefore, the use of the biological preparation ULTRA-CLEAN - DFN is advisable to accelerate the decomposition of manure with a significant reduction in odor, reduce phytotoxic effects and improve the quality characteristics of manure when used as a biofertilizer.
