Work concerns on the development of the nowel electrode materials as critical elements of devices for the electrochemical synthesis of highly pure and effective solutions based on hypochlorous acid, which will be used for the production of veterinary medicines. Research methods are stationary and cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray microanalysis. As a result of the work, a set of systematic data was obtained on the influence of the amount of platinum and palladium, as well as the structure of the obtained materials on the current efficiency of the hypochlorous acid. The optimal composition of the electrocatalyst was selected, which ensures the current efficiency of hypochlorous acid at least 90 % and prevents the accumulation of unwanted chlorate impurities of more than 20 mg dm-3. The general regularities of the influence of titanium preliminary preparation regimes, the composition of deposition electrolytes and electrolysis regimes, the flow rate of the solution on the deposition rate and density of metal coatings, as well as the temperature and duration of thermal treatment on the composition, structure, morphology, and physicochemical properties of the obtained materials have been established. Recommendations on the optimal composition of the composite catalyst of the Ti-Pt-Pd-O system and the optimal method of synthesis of the composite material of the specified system have been developed.
