The research was conducted for deposit in the Depository of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The strains are deposited in accordance with the “Instruction on the procedure for depositing strains of microorganisms in Ukraine for the purpose of patent procedure”. The objects of research are two strains of Sporosarcina sp. WF13 and Bacillus sp. RT1 provided by the customer. Objectives - to carry out the procedure for depositing strains of Sporosarcina sp. WF13 and Bacillus sp. RT1 - acceptance of documents, registration of strains, provision of identification numbers of cultures, establishment of their viability, study of microbiological purity, preparation for freeze-drying and freeze-drying of strains, storage and monitoring of the viability of cultures after freeze-drying. The research methods used were those accepted in microbiology. As a result, the morphological and cultural properties of the strains were studied and analyzed, and their microbiological purity and non-virulence were established. The cultures were lyophilized and deposited. A certificate of deposit of the strains in the Depository of Microorganisms of the D.K.
