The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving personnel management at the enterprise. Research methods. The following general scientific methods were used in the study: analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction and special research methods: comparison of points of view, synthesis of classical theories and modern views on the problem, the method of relative indicators, statistical methods, economic and mathematical methods, correlation analysis, comparative analysis of the dynamics of economic indicators. The information base of the study was legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, data from sociological research, examples of specific enterprises, financial statements of the enterprise under study, as well as scientific works and methodological developments of domestic and foreign economists, periodicals on the topic selected for the study. The research work reveals theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the economic essence of the categories "personnel" and "personnel management"; The features of the personnel management system at the enterprise were identified; the mechanism for forming the personnel management system at the enterprise was investigated; the mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise's personnel management was substantiated; the personnel management system at LLC "Lypovetske" was analyzed; directions for improving personnel management at the enterprise were developed; the formation of a motivated mechanism for stimulating the enterprise's personnel was substantiated.
