The object of the research is to develop a mechanism for managing the financial potential of an enterprise. The purpose of the work is to develop components of a mechanism for managing an enterprise's financial potential. Research methods include logical generalization, synthesis, analysis, comparison, and decomposition; economic and statistical methods; economic and mathematical modeling; financial and strategic analysis; graphic and computer information processing; and others. Based on the results of the research, a system for comprehensively assessing the level of the financial potential of an enterprise has been developed; components of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the financial potential of an enterprise have been developed; a package of scientific and practical recommendations has been created for the formation of strategic financial alternatives for the development of the entrepreneurial structure. The results of the research have been implemented in the activities of the Private Enterprise "EuroSyr". The impact of the research on the educational process - the results of the research will be used in teaching the academic disciplines "Enterprise Finance," "Financial Activities of Business Entities," "Financial and Analytical Research of the Activities of Financial Market Institutions, it is planned to prepare course and diploma theses. Separate requirements are the developed components of the mechanism for managing the financial potential of business structures, which the researchers can use in further developments.
