The research was carried out by the method of expert analysis of the following aspects of the creation and use of forms: sources of primary information collection; formats of information transmission; information delivery channels; financial content and nature of information; external presentation, informativeness and ergonomics of forms; frequency of formation and application; availability of sources and methods of data analysis for reliability, consistency and completeness of information. The existing IAS for monitoring the receipt and use by recipients of funds allocated for road sector financing is designed for operational and strategic management of financial resources in the road sector. Taking into account changes in the organizational structure of the State Agency for Infrastructure Reconstruction and Development, amendments to the regulatory acts on the use of the State Road Fund, expansion of powers and, accordingly, areas of activity, as well as allocation of funds from other sources, in particular from the general and special funds of the state budget reserve fund, the IAS needs to be improved, which can be achieved by developing new software modules within the IAS and improving of existing ones.
