The work aims to analyze the socio-economic challenges caused by the digitalization of social relations and develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of digital transformations in various spheres of society, particularly in the banking sphere, business processes, and public health. Research methods include dialectical methods of cognition and systematic approach, logical methods, graphic methods, generalization methods, and digital analytical products such as Google Trends, Google Forms, and Excel. Novelty of work results: – a system for assessing the impact of digitalization on social relations has been developed, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the positive and negative aspects of digital transformations for socio-economic development; – improved approaches to taking into account digital changes in the banking sector, both in Ukrainian practice and in foreign experience, which allows for the determination of potential areas of improvement of digital financial services; – the possibility of applying Industry 4.0 technologies in business processes is substantiated, and its impact on social relations is determined; – an assessment of the impact of digital technologies on public health, including social determinants, taking into account aspects of digital inequality and its consequences for public health, was carried out. The significance of the work lies in the comprehensive approach to assessing the impact of digitization on socio-economic processes, which allows for the identification of both opportunities and risks of digital transformations for society.
