The purpose of the study is to formulate theoretical, methodological and applied principles for studying the potential of logistics systems in the context of innovative development of regions. To achieve this goal, the following main objectives were set and fulfilled: to reveal the objective necessity and peculiarities of managing the logistics potential of the regions of Ukraine; to propose methodological approaches to assessing the components of the logistics potential; to substantiate the need to improve the logistics component in promoting innovative development of territories; to analyze the transformation processes of the logistics infrastructure of the regions in the context of digitalization of business processes; improve the system of indicators for assessing the efficiency and quality of logistics potential management; systematize priority models of public-private partnership in logistics potential management at the national and regional levels. The scientific results of the research are focused on the development of a set of modern economic instruments, identification of promising models for managing the logistics potential of regions in the context of innovative development and are published in textbooks, monographs, foreign and domestic professional publications, abstracts, bachelor's and master's theses. Leading theoretical and practical results of the work are used in the educational process when teaching disciplines by the Department of Economics, Accounting and Entrepreneurship of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
